Food Barn

Gracepointe Food Barn is an arm of compassionate ministry at Gracepointe Nazarene Church.  We opened in August 2013 and strive to be not only a food resource, but to convey the gospel of Jesus Christ  to needy individuals and families in Gwinnett and Walton counties.  Food is being collected through food pledge solicitation, local grocery stores, and a network of corporate programs that serve the hungry.  Our food service is currently providing non-perishable food items, bread, and a limited perishable food products; items are distributed in grocery bags.  Along with our services we exist to offer families a way to receive nutritional sustenance if they are experiencing economic hardship.  This is, also, an opportunity for us to reach out to our surrounding community with tangible provision while spreading the gospel.

Mission Statement

"We who are strong ought to bear with the failings of the week and not please ourselves.  Each of us should please his neighbor for his good, to build him up."  Romans 15:1-2

"Be generous, and you will be prosperous.  Help others, and you will be helped."  Proverbs 11:25

Mission

The mission of Gracepointe Food Barn is to provide food assistance to needy families and individuals with love and compassion.  We, not only, desire to feed individuals but lead them to Christ through service and guidance in sustaining themselves with God's help.
